Must have these qualities (unless landlord approves)

• Favorable Rental or Real Estate Mortgage References
• Average or Above Credit Rating preferred (nothing in collection-excluding medical/student loans)
• Acceptable Criminal History (released from probation/parole-include explanation if necessary)
• Stable Employment and Income Verification
• Income of 3x rent for individual or married, 4x rent for co-signer or sufficient debt/income ratio
• Minimum 3 Month's Rent in advance for unsecured employment
• Verifiable Move-In Monies
